These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the purchase of access to the Figma Templates, available through www.neuwebstudio.com (the “Website”). You should review these Terms prior to purchasing any access to the Templates. By using or accessing the Website, you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. These Terms are subject to change by Neu Web Studio, without prior written notice at any time, in our sole discretion. Any changes to the Terms will be in effect as of the “Last Modified” date referenced above, on the Website.
BY PURCHASING ACCESS TO THE FIGMA ANIMATION TEMPLATES FROM THIS WEBSITE, YOU AFFIRM THAT YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT, AND YOU ACCEPT AND ARE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Upon payment, New Web Studio grants you non-exclusive access to use the Figma Templates in your business, with your clients, within your designs. You have the rights to use it in both client facing designs and your own personal projects.
Upon payment, We will grant you one non-transferable, revocable, commercial license to use these Figma Templates in accordance with the Content Redistribution Policies contained within these Terms.
You understand and agree that you are prohibited, and forbidden to sell Figma Templates as your own creations whether on your own native site, or a third party marketplace platform such as Etsy or Creative Market. You are not allowed in any circumstances to give the Figma Templates to other designers, as a freebie, or to anyone else that has not individually purchased this product.
We use IP tracking cookies and softwares to monitor the activity and of the individual Figma Template and will hold you to the highest extent of the law if found re-selling our products, or buying our product and then creating a competing product disregarding these terms and conditions.
You may not share the contents or instructions within our products with any third party.
You agree that you will not use the contents of and materials in any products and/or e-courses you purchase from Neu Web Studio to create a competing product.
Nothing contained on Neu Web Studio should be understood as granting you a license to use any of the trademarks, service marks, or logos owned by Neu Web Studio or by any third party.
With the commercial license granted, you have the right to use the Figma Animations for:
- Designing your own website
- Designing websites for your clients
It is understood by both parties that by purchasing access to the Figma Animations, you are unable to resell them, or create any competing product similar to Figma Animations.
Both parties agree to these terms, and acknowledge that if tried, Neu Web Studio has the right to pursue legal action to the fullest extent of the law.
All prices and promotions posted on the Website are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.
If paying by debit card or credit card, you give us permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card for all fees and charges due and payable to the Company, without any additional authorization, for which you will receive an electronic receipt. You also agree that the Company is authorized to share any payment information and instructions required to complete the payment transactions with its third-party payment service providers (e.g., credit card transaction processing, merchant settlement, and related services).
Due to the nature of the license and products you are purchasing and the extensive time and effort that goes into our products, there is no refund policy for this, or any of the other Neu Web Studio products whatsoever.
Please do not message our support team with refund requests as we have explicitly made this clear.
We do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback from your credit card company, Paypal or Stripe.
The information provided in our products and/or e-courses is believed accurate when made.
However, we do not warrant or represent that such information is or will always be current, accurate, and/or complete. You agree that we are not responsible for the accuracy of our website or for any errors or omissions in its content or in our products and/or e-courses purchased therefrom.
The use of our website or the downloading of any materials through the website is done at your own discretion and risk and with your agreement that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system, loss of data, or other harm that results from such activities. Neu Web Studio assumes no liability for any computer virus or other similar software code that is downloaded to your computer from our website or in connection with any materials offered through the website.

· Attempting to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reduce or attempt to reduce to a human-perceivable form any of the source code used by Neu Web Studio in providing Figma Templates.
You understand that any violation of system or network security may subject you to civil and/or criminal liability. Neu Web Studio intends to cooperate fully with any law enforcement officials or agencies in the investigation of any violation of these Terms or of any applicable laws.
